Looking for a great way to get some fresh air in and start the weekend energised. We'll be convening every Saturday for anyone who wants to join - all levels welcome

⛪ 9:30am – Saturday Mass at Our Lady of the Assumption church (optional)

📍 10:15am – Meet at Assumption Priory

🏃🏻‍♂️ 10:30am – Warm-up and run around Victoria Park

☕ 11:30am – Coffee and social

It's a great opportunity to stay active, meet new people, and build community together.
